Informational Purpose Only
The content on naviaassistance.com — including treatment descriptions, specialty information, patient story summaries, blog posts, and coordination process descriptions — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not intended to serve as a substitute for professional medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified healthcare provider.
Not a Substitute for Medical Advice
The information on this site does not replace a consultation with a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical condition, a concern about a specific treatment, or a question about your health, please consult a qualified healthcare provider who can assess your individual clinical situation. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this website.
Emergency Situations
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Do not use this website, submit a form, or wait for a response from Navia’s coordination team in an emergency situation. Emergency cases require immediate in-person medical attention from local healthcare providers.
Medical Eligibility
Eligibility for any treatment described on this site is determined solely by licensed physicians at our partner hospitals, based on clinical assessment of the individual patient’s medical records and, where required, physical examination of the patient. Navia does not determine clinical eligibility and does not make medical judgments about whether a specific treatment is appropriate for a specific individual.
Partner Hospital Responsibility
Treatment at our partner hospitals is delivered by those hospitals’ own licensed physicians and clinical teams, under their own medical and regulatory authority. Navia Assistance coordinates access to these services and facilitates communication between patients and partner facilities. Navia does not supervise, direct, or bear clinical responsibility for the medical care delivered at partner hospitals or by partner physicians.
Treatment Outcomes
Medical treatment outcomes vary significantly between individuals depending on the patient’s condition, medical history, the specific procedure performed, the responding clinician, and individual biological factors. No description of a treatment on this website represents a typical outcome, a predicted result, or a guarantee for any individual patient. Patient story summaries on this site represent individual cases and should not be understood as representative of outcomes for all patients.
No Guarantee of Results
Navia makes no guarantees regarding treatment outcomes, recovery timelines, clinical results, or the suitability of any treatment for any individual. Final medical decisions are made by licensed physicians and partner hospitals after reviewing the patient’s medical records and, when required, examining the patient. The decision to proceed with any treatment rests with the patient and their treating physician.
