Use of the Website

By accessing naviaassistance.com, you agree to use the site for lawful purposes only. You may not use this website in any way that is misleading, harmful, disruptive, or that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict access to the site at our discretion.

Navia’s Role as a Coordinator

Navia Assistance is a healthcare coordination platform. We connect individuals, corporations, insurers, and government institutions with accredited hospitals and specialist physicians in Turkey and Egypt. Navia acts exclusively as a coordinator and facilitator. We are not a healthcare provider, and we do not deliver medical treatment, diagnosis, or clinical care.

No Direct Medical Services

Nothing on this website constitutes a provision of medical services by Navia. All medical assessments, diagnoses, clinical recommendations, and treatment decisions are made by licensed physicians at our partner hospitals based on their independent clinical judgment. Navia’s role is to facilitate access to those services, not to deliver them.

Case Evaluation and Partner Hospitals

When you submit a case evaluation or inquiry, Navia may review your information and refer your case to an appropriate partner hospital or specialist physician. The partner hospital and its clinical team determine eligibility, treatment suitability, and care delivery based on their own assessment. Navia does not guarantee referral, acceptance, or treatment at any specific facility.

Pricing and Treatment Plans

Treatment costs, pricing estimates, and care plans are determined by partner hospitals and physicians, based on clinical assessment of the patient’s individual case. Navia may provide indicative cost ranges where available, but these are not binding commitments. Final pricing is established by the treating institution after clinical review and is subject to change based on the patient’s specific needs.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when using our website or submitting forms. Navia relies on the information you provide to coordinate your case appropriately. Submitting false, incomplete, or misleading information may affect the quality of coordination you receive.

Limitation of Website Information

The content on naviaassistance.com — including treatment descriptions, specialty information, patient story summaries, and blog posts — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, a clinical diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a guarantee of any outcome. For personal medical guidance, always consult a qualified physician.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Navia Assistance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the coordination services we provide. Navia’s liability, where applicable, is limited to the coordination services directly provided by Navia and does not extend to clinical outcomes, treatment decisions, or actions taken by partner hospitals or physicians.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
